Oriental High Purity Company was founded in 2006
The company now covers an area of 79000 square meters, construction area of 26000 square meters, nearly 200 employees. It has established Jiangsu Quartz Material Engineering Technology Research Center, has more than 50 professional and technical personnel, undertakes a number of national and provincial science and technology projects, and has a number of invention patents such as quartz glass continuous melting furnace (now has nearly 40 invention patents). Existing quartz glass tube, cold processing, hot processing, quartz ore base, exclusive production of quartz sand and other production projects.
The company has 30 tube production lines, with an annual output of 3000-3500 tons of quartz glass tubes (rods). The main varieties are Φ2.5-300mm transparent quartz glass tube, UV filter, no ozone (UV) series, including crystal powder, quartz tube, carbon fiber heating tube, quartz heating tube, halogen lamp, iodine tungsten lamp, optical fiber material production and sales.
There are 7 vacuum dehydroxylation furnaces with an annual processing capacity of 2000 tons. All kinds of hot processing lathes nearly one hundred, machining centers and CNC lathes more than twenty.
